eBay

Hi all.  so I am new to eBay and I purchased a pair of trainers (£20 or so) last month I believe and I received an email saying the item has been removed - something like no longer available and I later got an email regarding a refund. I have recently checked and cannot see any returned payments to my bank account (I still have an email of purchase and I am pretty sure an email for refund). It says it's been refunded back to [my eBay user name] account.. is the refund stored on my account somewhere as I cannot find this? I am trying to contact eBay or someone to talk to for help however, when I am selecting "refund for an item not received" this particular order is not in my order history for me to select (to open a case or contact). Can someone advise how I can get in contact to maybe send proof of emails as I'm finding it all strange... again it is my first time ordering from eBay so I am just unsure 😐  ... View more

I returned an item on ebay within the time frame but seller didnt refund. I opened a case on ebay. Ebay have closed my case saying i didnt return it in time. i sent proof of posting and tracking details by attaching photographs of royal mail dated receipt for parcel with tracking number and return label !!! Hey  wondering if anyone can advise me please, I sold a dress this week all legit took pictures of the size of dress and where it was brought from, I've hardly worn it, the buyer has messaged me saying she has received it but it doesn't fit her and that it's not a size 12 that's stated on the description, she also says she thinks I've shrunk it in the wash and she wants a refund, she brought the dress for £2.80 and postage was £3.20 where do I stand with this, the dress had hardly been worn and fitted me fine till I fell pregnant  thank you in advance  ... Hi, so I sold a pair of Yeezy trainers. Anyway the buyer apparently bought them by accident so asked for a return.  before I had chance to do anything EBay accepted and refunded the buyer before the trainers were sent back. I've been on eBay 17 years and have 860 odd positive feedback so would have had no problem dealing with Thisbe I have done many times.   Anyway eBay has somehow lost my trainers at their new authentication centre. This hasn't stoped them keeping all the money for the next item I sold and are now chasing me mercilessly for the balance of the refund, of course they have not deducted the commission they made on the original sell of the Yeezys. I have been slowly removing all my listings from eBay as I personally think they have recently massively gone down hill.  They also deduct on average 15% from my sells but when I spoke to an advisor he insisted that commission is always less than 10%.
