And still lot's of fees !!!!! making me loosing money on ebay!! Including after a fake user did not pay, so had to wait 4days snd relist -and ebay still charged me for listing fees?!?!)
it's free to 'list' that means it is free to place the advert, but if the item sells you are charged a final value fee,
if you add extras to the listing you are charged fees for those as well
the 'free' listing is an incentive for normal people who have a few things to sell who don't need or want to add bells & whistles to their listings, anyone who wants to waste money can add all the paid for extras, which can add up to a substantial sum,
Certain features, like adding a subtitle, do require an additional fee, but these optional listing upgrades can help your listing stand out and attract more buyers.
We charge optional listing upgrade fees per listing regardless of whether your item sells – these fees are not included in your allocation of free listings. If you choose to relist your item, optional listing upgrade fees apply again.
