Hi my other issue is very annoying ...I always message my buyers to thank them and avise when posted .. I have not been able to do that as takes me to my own meesages . what on earth is going on..

There are many reports on here of problems with messages

You should not be emailing to thank buyers

You have feedback to leave and that is all you need to do

Some buyers get very upset at non important emails and could mention it in feedback left for you.
