I recently purchased a set of Apple AirPods Pro from a seller who stated in the description that they were sold as refurbished. I received them but noticed the noise cancellation feature does not work. Contacted the seller who advised me these didn't support that feature because they had been refurbished.
I have done a bit of research and discovered the model number on my iPhone appears to be fake as the two model numbers online do not match. The packaging is fake too and so is the acccessories. Seller stated no returns. I have messaged the seller but haven't had a reply yet. Am I covered for a refund?
