emails when my items are sold

I used to receive emails when my items were sold, but I have not been receiving these since the Ebay dashboard was updated. I cannot find a relevant setting. Can anyone help?

Don't you receive notification via the BELL symbol at the top right of ebay pages ? Isn't that enough to take you to the Sold items for full details, You are also advised when paid and ready to dispatch.

On the seller hub then go to Shortcuts then Site Preferences > Communications and check what you have on and which are not
