I have been using a name (not email address but is linked to my Gmail address) to log into eBay for some years.  I recently purchased a Chromebook (excellent BTW!) and accidently logged in using the Google option and was taken to another account which I was not aware of and is empty.  My first thought was that I have been hacked and so I called Paypal (as its not possible to speak to eBay 😞 ) and cancelled my agreement between eBay and Paypal for protection, but I'm now wondering if may be something I've done myself many years ago when I cancelled eBay over a dispute, although I have no recollaection?  So my question is, is it normal to have two different accounts attached to one email address?  I did try to cancell it but nothing came back by the way of and email from ebay confirming this?   ... Hello, I purchased a ring on eBay. When the ring was delivered yesterday it was completely the wrong one sent, so straight away I sent a picture and message explaining it was wrong. They have messaged this morning to say if it's the right size ring to keep it, I have explained I don't like the ring and would like the correct one. As its now very aparent that its imposible to get hold of anyone from ebay I turn to you for help.   I have sold an item, this item was pick up only, I contacted the buyer regarding pick up. I received no answer and no payment. I contacted buyer after 4 days still no answer.  I went to a page that explained how i could cancel the sale, however the page stated the sale had already been cancelled? when I went to page to see details, it stated in large red writing that this item had been removed, so no details.  My status in sold items shows item not paid for and I have had absolutely nothing that states anywhere that this item has been cancelled.   I am very confused can anyone help shed some light on this please   Kind Regards   Arch ... I have listed an item as an auction with no reserve, with the buy it now feature unselected and the allow offers feature unselected. I have been contacted by a potential buyer asking how much we would be willing to sell for (they want to come and view it first). I indicated how much I would be willing to sell it for if they wanted the listing removed after viewing, but I am unable to change the listing to allow offers. Hello.  I have tried to put photos on the site to return damaged goods but it keeps telling me to reduce the size of the photo. If I reduce it any further it will not exist.  I always have difficulty putting photos on ebay sites.  Has anyone a solution to this?  Thanks ... View more

I bought an item from Germany which was faulty and didnt fit due a manufacturer error. The company have let me return the item free post for a refund but im trying to find out my rights on reclaiming the import fees that i had to pay to be able to receieve the goods.   Does anyone know please how i stand with this ?
