Hello, I purchased a ring on eBay. When the ring was delivered yesterday it was completely the wrong one sent, so straight away I sent a picture and message explaining it was wrong. They have messaged this morning to say if it's the right size ring to keep it, I have explained I don't like the ring and would like the correct one. They are now saying to get the right ring I have to purchase something else from their shop, again I don't want to do this as it's not right. Any advice please
Open a case in Resolution Centre for Item not as Described UK seller will have to send prepaid label for return amd refund.Escalate case to eBAy after 3 days if no satisfactory response
