I bought an item from Germany which was faulty and didnt fit due a manufacturer error. The company have let me return the item free post for a refund but im trying to find out my rights on reclaiming the import fees that i had to pay to be able to receieve the goods.
Does anyone know please how i stand with this ? The company are saying that they are anot liable to refund me for the import fees ???
