Firstly, do you really need to contact eBay? There is often a long queue to get through, and eBay's help pages can answer most of the usual questions. Just click here and enter a few words in the search field: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home

If you can't find the answer, there is a link to "Help & Contact"at the top or bottom of almost every page, or see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contact-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=2... Customer support during the pandemic is limited to callback or live chat.

yes i do need help. i have a case just closed on me as the seller. ebay make a lot of money out of me and likewise i sell a lot. i sold a £600 brand new welder to a customer. i posted it through fedex in april.now in late june i had a case against me through his card company, not regonised so the case opened. i phoned fedex and they confirmed his signature so i sent ebay the tracking number and picture from fedex. now ebay closed the case in his favour and gave him the money back and he has my welder. im out of pocket now by £600. i have talked to ebay and they are looking into iit
