The seller claimed that he couldn't germinate the seeds and kept postponing sending the items. I allowed for the explanation and in the interest of goodwill, waited until he was able to do so. Now it looks as though he decide not to send it at all as he has already sold 12 of the same item to others without sending the item to me.  Or perhaps it was a fraud after all and the other buyers haven't got them? Hi. I created my eBay account 17 years ago when I lived in the UK. I live in Slovakia now and have a Slovak bank account. There is no way to add a Slovak bank account to my UK origin eBay account and it is also unable to change my primary address to Slovak. I don't know how to contact eBay directly to solve this issue. There is a seller on eBay selling prints of historical images over their listing photos, and they seem to simply rip off other people's listing photos and tweak them a bit before re-selling prints of the same images. It's happened to me five times, where I've paid a high price for a rare card or image, all from different sellers (who unfortunately often don't obscure or watermark part of the image in the listing to prevent it being downloaded or ripped off for free),  only for this seller to then mysteriously have the exact same images available for £3.25 a pop. They have got 42 negative feedbacks, but eBay have apparently removed these.  What's the best way of getting to deal with this, or what if anything can be done? A rare card that I paid a lot of money for and which I may have sold on through eBay again at a later date now has little or no resale value due to the sake and apparently ripped off image being offered for only a few quid by this seller. Sold One Package (3 Items) not sent as tracked parcel, Issued Partial P&P refund, unable to mark as dispatched, option now gone?   Tried clearing history, cookies etc etc, logging off, logging on, rebooting pc, drinking a cup of tea etc, nothing has helped?   Contacted EBay, who agree there is no option to mark as dispatched?   Suggested I await buyer feedback to confirm they have received (however not all buyers, leave feedback?).   Is this a known EBay system error, can anyone help?   Implications are negative marks against seller by EBay and also payment will not be released to my account. ...
