The seller claimed that he couldn't germinate the seeds and kept postponing sending the items. I allowed for the explanation and in the interest of goodwill, waited until he was able to do so. Now it looks as though he decide not to send it at all as he has already sold 12 of the same item to others without sending the item to me. Or perhaps it was a fraud after all and the other buyers haven't got them? Not sure what to do because I can't contact ebay because they said the request to look into it was closed.
