I recently ordered an electric fireplace but didn't receive the item. When i contacted the seller, he/she told me eBay said payment wasnt made. However, money was taken from my account and has not been refunded. The seller decided to cancel the order and advised that i check my account. I have reordered the item and made another payment, which went through. But i havent been refunded for the one i paid for that for some reason, eBay said no payment received.   The order number is 313204002529-1136823322021. Order date was 23 June and 229.96 pounds was taken from my account. How do i get this refunded please? ... View more

Hi really sorry if this has been asked before but this is the first time I have used this! Just a question about ebays new payment system. I have just (after a few weeks of deliberating!) entered my  bank details to my payments as a fairly regular seller.  However,shortly after I receive an email from eBay confirming my direct debit instruction. I know this is a probably a stupid question but is this standard ie just to let me know this is how they will take the monthly fee? Hi recently I sold my phone on eBay thinking it would be safe and easy to do the man lives in Ukraine so I sent this first class international shipping and have the receipts to prove and the reference number so that I knew the package would get there to then learn that a case had been opened and now closed within 2 days saying I've not proved that it's got there when I've checked on Royal Mail and it's updated me that it's been recived in Ukraine and signed for yet the buyer has now been rewarded and refunded which is out of order im deeply disappointed in the buissness and think that the way that it's been handled is appalling as I did not even receive and email to let me know that a case had been opened or closed. Honestly this situation has put me off ever using eBay again as I think it's been disgusting and disappointing. Hi.  My buyer claims they haven't recieved their item. I have proof of posting and a tracking no. Which says the item was delivered.  I have asked them if they have a friendly neighbour who takes in packages for them, which they denied. I have checked the address on the package was correct, and it was.  I have contacted Royal Mail who said that they stand by their tracking service, and as far as they're concerned, the item has been delivered. Hi , I am trying to list a rubber bar mat/runner . The mat has an image of a bottle on it , ebay filters rejected the listing with the message ` It looks like there's a problem with this listing. It looks like you're trying to list a collectible bottle that contains alcohol. Our Alcohol Policy does not allow any bottles, cans or similar items that contain alcohol, regardless of their collectability.
