Request funds from buyer

Hello can anyone tell me how to request additional funds for postage from a buyer. 
the transaction is complete but the buyer would like a faster postage service and is willing to pay the extra.

You could send them a Paypal invoice using the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account.
