I have bought an item from a seller and they sent the wrong item. They then agreed to send another which arrived damaged. They have now removed the listing and I cannot contact them for a refund. What are my options? Thanks.
If the listing has been removed it usually means the seller has been suspended by ebay. When this happens you have to open a case with Paypal if you used them, or direct with any other payment service you used.
