eBay

I keep receiving ebay items in the post that I did not buy. The items are not linked with my account but they are being sent to my name and address with an ebay packing slip. Always different senders/users.   From a quick google it seems this is part of a scam where someone in my post code buys something expensive on ebay, they send a random low-cost item to me, then use the proof of postage to say the expensive item was delivered. Hi I have been having trouble with a company I bought a hover from the first one did not turn up and after hearing all the lies and being told I had signed for it but in a different name I told the company that the time and date which I was supposed to have received the item was on cctv and there was never a delivery so a month after all this I received a hover I plugged it in and it set on fire I told the company I did not want another I wanted a refund I have posted the item and have a tracking number but on ebay it is saying waiting to be posted and today I have had a message saying your item will be delivered today I'm not happy with the response I've had from ebay my money is supposed to be insured with them so what is to be done  ... Hi there   I sold a cross-trainer on eBay with an instruction that the item was for 'collection only'.   A buyer purchased the cross-trainer, paid but has not yet messaged me to arrange collection.   I have tried to contact the buyer via eBay's messaging app - but there is an error everytime i send a message so effectively cannot contact the buyer. Hello, I return unwanted item back to seller, I paid for postage and sent it with 2nd class.  It was a month ago and seller still didn't refund me money and ignore my emails. I opened the case with ebay, where is label for free postage return but I already sent an item to seller before so I couldn't use this free tracking label. I didn't even know I can do it like that. Hi, can anyone help please. I bought a pair of new jeans from a business seller. The jeans are not the size advertised and have holes down the front. I have contacted the seller and they have sent a returns label for me to print off. The label is for a large letter weighing 1g. I have queried this with the seller, who says it's fine and just to pop it in the post box, not the post office....They have very shady feedback which i did read before ordering but took the chance as i can't get hold of these jeans anymore from their original shop. I always thought returns had to be recorded so they can be tracked if the seller decides to say they haven't received.
