querying sellers return label..

Hi, can anyone help please. I bought a pair of new jeans from a business seller. The jeans are not the size advertised and have holes down the front. I have contacted the seller and they have sent a returns label for me to print off. The label is for a large letter weighing 1g. I have queried this with the seller, who says it's fine and just to pop it in the post box, not the post office....They have very shady feedback which i did read before ordering but took the chance as i can't get hold of these jeans anymore from their original shop. I always thought returns had to be recorded so they can be tracked if the seller decides to say they haven't received. Apart from that it's a 1g large letter, the jeans are much heavier and will need to be a small parcel. Thanks in advance..

You're right, of course.   If you've started a "not as described" return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

If you don't get the right label you may need to contact ebay direct.   Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".   You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
