Buying as a guest

Good morning

I purcharsed  a jacket for my daughter but did this as a guest.

Estimated delivery was on the 1st Jult but the item still hasnt arrived, i have contacted the seller but have still not had a response, i am trying to report this but once signed in it cant find my purchase - as i did this as a guest.

Can anyone help

Guest purchases do not appear in your eBay account ... if you paid through eBay checkout ?, you will have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to raise an 'Item not received' case there ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer >
