return and refund

Hello,

I return unwanted item back to seller, I paid for postage and sent it with 2nd class.  It was a month ago and seller still didn't refund me money and ignore my emails. I opened the case with ebay, where is label for free postage return but I already sent an item to seller before so I couldn't use this free tracking label. I didn't even know I can do it like that. I don't know what to do now. I only have receipt from post office but I don't have a tracking number.

As this was an unwanted item the cost of return postage is your responsibility.

 

I hope you haven't accidentally opened a money back guarantee case, which is for when an item is not as described, not for when you no longer want it.

The receipt should have a delivery confirmation tracking number on it which ebay will accept but you need to contact them and ask them to change the number on your return case.  

 

Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".   You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
