Hi I have been having trouble with a company I bought a hover from the first one did not turn up and after hearing all the lies and being told I had signed for it but in a different name I told the company that the time and date which I was supposed to have received the item was on cctv and there was never a delivery so a month after all this I received a hover I plugged it in and it set on fire I told the company I did not want another I wanted a refund I have posted the item and have a tracking number but on ebay it is saying waiting to be posted and today I have had a message saying your item will be delivered today I'm not happy with the response I've had from ebay my money is supposed to be insured with them so what is to be done
