Tracking says parcel has been delivered but buyer says not!

Hi. 

My buyer claims they haven't recieved their item. I have proof of posting and a tracking no. Which says the item was delivered. 

I have asked them if they have a friendly neighbour who takes in packages for them, which they denied. I have checked the address on the package was correct, and it was. 

I have contacted Royal Mail who said that they stand by their tracking service, and as far as they're concerned, the item has been delivered. What else can I do? Help! Thank you

There's nothing else you can do.  eBay will go by the tracking so it's up to the buyer to ask their postie if s/he can remember where it was delivered.   They may have left it with a neighbour, friendly or not.
