I have 2 accounts, the menu on the left side where you choose /usually click on SELLING/ on one of my account the Selling disappeared, having difficulty get to see my listing, this change happened after "the new way of getting paid" activated on that account I was hesitant to activate this "new way" on my other account but that is still normal. Anyone can help fixing the VIEW, I liked the old way to click on SELLING instead going to seller account and try figure out how to see my listing. Regards

The return label they supplied is not suitable because it's a large item. They are asking me to return the item for a refund. The EBay message says "post it back within 3 days to receive a refund". Shall I just post back the label on an empy box? Anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance!

I have excepted a return from a buyer a pair of curtains because they did not suit there decor, they are pencil pleat curtains. I have received them back for a refund but all the strings have been cut. What do I do about this

My buyer has won auction, paid promptly, then asked me to delay posting for two weeks. I post within 3 working days on my page .Will this affect anything other than me getting my money late because of delay in signed for tracked item with current new ebay. ( non paypsl) Thanks.

As I can't sign in to either my email or Ebay accounts it's impossible to reset my password, as authorisation is reliant upon receiving a reset code via email !! How can I contact Ebay (in the UK) to have my account frozen and register a new email address and password. Many thanks P.S. I had to use another account to post this !!

I have had real problem at with a seller who sent me the wrong item. The main ones are : they deny the item is theirs, and EBay have sent me a returns label but I do not own a printer. I am in my 70s and disabled so cannot get out to post this item.
