Return item not as described- too big for return label

The return label they supplied is not suitable because it's a large item. They are asking me to return the item for a refund. The EBay message says "post it back within 3 days to receive a refund".

Shall I just post back the label on an empy box?

Anyone had this problem?

That is not the thing to do to just post back and empty box with the label on

You could invalidate your refund

If the label does not cover then the cost then you contact ebay and tell them to sort it out.
