Item Not Arrived

Hi guys - I purchased as a guest , item not arrived - Was sent E Mail with link which doesnt work ! What to do ??

Guest purchases do not appear in your eBay account ... if you paid through eBay checkout  using a card or available funds ?, you will have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to raise an 'Item not received' case there ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer >
