I ordered some cream 3 weeks ago I had a ripped padded envelope pushed through my letter box with no cream the seller sent it by Hermes they are supposed to take a photograph of said item being delivered which they hadn't then a few hours later marked as delivered on a email, I have messaged the seller she says she's put in a request to Hermes but heard nothing back,I've gone ebay to report it but says item has been delivered is there another way of reporting,I have now noticed on her feedback someone else has had the same thing happen and got accused of fraud when the empty package arrived i sent her photos straight away Thanks

I bought a top, stated to be my size, it was stretchy material , this ex store top, are renown for ample sizing. On arrival I tried it on, thought it a bit snug for the sizing, but I could live with that. i washed it on a 40 degree wash ( I wash all second had clothing I buy) with Fairy detergent and fabric condition, only to find it had shrank in the wash. I didn't pay much for it, but I really liked the top. I have informed the seller to no avail has she returned an answer, what do I do?

A week or so ago, without any logical reason, I suddenly found that when I click on 'Watch this item', some items do not add (ie nothing happens) whereas some items do add normally. This seemed to be entirely random as to which items would add and which would not. When an item will not add, holding down on 'Watch this item' generates a browser window which states 'Watch this item - about:blank#blocked'. I used 'Live chat' a few days ago and it was suggested the cause could be a browser issue and to delete cache & cookies. I have done this a couple of times - both times then enabled me add one item which previously would not add. Since then I have now realised that items which will not add are those where a choice ( e.g. Colour, size etc) has to be selected. When the listing is just simply one item, I can add without problem. This is totally odd and baffling, not to mention frustrating. Any help / suggestions appreciated please. Many thanks.

Hi I have emailed a seller 4 or 5 times over last few days to check and item they are selling before I buy it But I havent heard anything back from them I know its more than likely they are busy just and thats why they havent replied I can see my emails from ebay are appearing in my sent items in ebay. I just wanted to check where there any emailing issues over the last few days that would stop a seller receiving the emails thanks regards Declan

Hi there, I keep getting my payment rejected by the system despite the details being correct etc. I’ve contacted help department & they’ve rectified it temporarily twice and assured me they’ll put it right permanently but it’s still not right and the help department has become unavailable to me. Any ideas anyone? Desperately, Pete

I recently told a phone on eBay. Accepted an offer for £170 and have received £134 in my account. The fees eBay stated were £22 which I though was high enough. But it seems I was miss led as this is not what's been taken. I feel very disappointed in eBay as I would not of paid almost £40 on a £170 sell when I had the CHOICE to use PayPal. The fees are deceiving and misleading. Has anybody else experienced similar?

I bought 2 figures from seller and the othe ITEM COST £32.99 that was a Neca Aliens Genocide Red Dog Figure Xenomorph RARE he said, that was £32.99 the second figure was a Neca Scorpion Alien Kenner figure for £16.99. I bought them on 17 June 2021 but he said Estimated delivery Mon 28 Jun - Wed 30 Jun for 1 item and other item would be Estimated delivery Fri 25 Jun - Tue 29 Jun. I raised a Paypay case becasue i did not want to wait that long well at first i sent him a message saying if i pay extra postage would they ship it faster i got no repley so raised the Paypal case but staright away after the case was raised he said he has the figures all wrapped up ready to post the next day so it would be the 19 he would post, but he told me to close my Payapl case before he sends so silly me listhend to him and closed the 2 cases, as soon as i done that he said he can't post for another 72 hours so he lied about the next day posting. I then asked for a refund as i payed him with Paypal but today is the 5 July and i have no refund or items that i paid for, he scammed me by telling me to close the paypal case becasue he knew i would not be able to make a new case against him, he stole £49.98 from me and he even relisted and sold the items i payed him for, he could have easily Refunded me back into my Paypal becasue that is the way i payed him for the figures, be very caerfull of this dishonest germ of a person. Added the picture of the red alien that i bought FOR £32.99 but he relisted and is selling for £19.99, SCAMMER Also added the brown Alien i bought from him

My payment is stuck processing and after calling my bank I found that the only way to stop this is by get the merchant (eBay I'm guessing) to clear the payment how in the world do I do this when there's seemingly no way to physically contact an eBay representative?

The seller sold me a car which wasn't as advertised. He agreed to pay for all repairs. Now wont return calls or answer messages unless it is to abuse me. He refuses to pay the garage for repairs. Any advice apart from contact trading standards and citizens advice?

Hi, I had an item purchased on buy it now 7 days ago. Item has been paid for via the eBay system and has arrived in bank but can't get hold of buyer to arrange collection. Sent few messages and no reply. What do I do next? Do I cancel order and refund or leave it a bit longer.
