Hi I orderd a head board away last week its due to arrive on the 8th it's still not been dispatched and the seller has no communication with me at all I have sent a few messages

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute.
