Sold item, buyer not been in touch to collect but paid

Hi, I had an item purchased on buy it now 7 days ago. Item has been paid for via the eBay system and has arrived in bank but can't get hold of buyer to arrange collection. Sent few messages and no reply.

What do I do next? Do I cancel order and refund or leave it a bit longer.

You could email them one last time and say you need it collected by a certain date.  If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel the transaction.  Or you can do that right away if you prefer, it's up to you. 

Go to the dropdown arrow next to the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect.   The refund will be issued automatically.
