Refund for wrong item sent.

I have had real problem at with a seller who sent me the wrong item. The main ones are : they deny the item is theirs, and EBay have sent me a returns label but I do not own a printer.

I am in my 70s and disabled so cannot get out to post this item.

Is important that you use the Ebay Label is linked to the Case. Ebay know when the Seller receives it back. Can you not ask someone to Print it off and then Post it for you?

I live in an elderly residential area. I don't know anyone with a printer and cannot get to the post office anyway. I cannot see The label on the screen, only a blank page. The seller has been very difficult, denying the item is from them. They have removed other items that were the same from their shop. I want to speak with EBay but there is no contact phone number.
