I contacted Ebay about a abusive buyer that kept sending me abusive messages    Ebay reasuranced me that any negative feedback would be removed    I refunded the buyer and they also kept the irem which they were happy with    Then the negative feedback arrived i was assured this would be removef by ebay this never happened  ebay contacted me and after all the abuse and hassle i had there would be no changing their mind    I actually made no money out of the sale and infact i was out of pocket    Negative feedback and no money not good traits ,do you think my best option is to end my account with Ebay this seems the way forward    I await your response  Regards Paul  ... I have just realised I've received negative feedback from a buyer about an item I did not sell them. It exceeds 90 days so eBay say they cannot remove it in their help options. I've also tried contacting the buyer but eBay won't let me send this message either.  I have received positive feedback on a similar item they bought at the same time by this buyer. It is obviously not the item I sold them (paper crafting items) as they talk about clothing sizes and resolving the issue with the seller (I had no communication with the buyer on this issue). Any ideas on how I can get this negative feedback removed or inform buyers that this is not my feedback. Hi there,  I recently added my 3 year old business to ebay as a new avenue to make sales. Around 2 weeks ago a buyer purchased a product from me (it was a blueberry flavoured whey proten) I am a one man operation here, and seeling online is relativly new to the business, we dont sent out tonnes and tonnes of parcels.   So i pack all parcels, i keep stock counts etc.   The buyer then contacted me to tell me i had sent him the wrong protein and it had been damaged in transit. (offered no picture) He claims i sent him a cinamon flavour. Now i packed all parcels under a cctv, which i have reviewed, it shows me packing the blueberry protein...not a single cinamon donut protein even got sent that day and my stock levels are accounted for on shopify, i know there is no way whatsoever this is true.  I asked for pictures, and i got awkward unclear pictures that didnt show anything.  Eventually after a back and forth i was sent a picture of the tub of protein, clearly an old empty one, that had been stabbed with a knife to create a crack.   The lid of the protein had no plastic security seel on (all fresh tubs have this)  once i queried that, he claimed that he had to check where the damage was...which made no sense.   So even if i did send the wrong product, which i 100% didnt... he opened it. Basically, this guy is trying to scam me. He buys a product assuming im a big operation and wouldnt notice if id made a mistake or not, claims its damaged so my company doesnt waste moent asking for it back and send out another product, he gets 2 tubs of protein for the price of one.   Well he has no opened a dispute with ebay, with a "The item doesn't match the description in your listing". Ebay has only allowed me to upload 1 picture, i have sent a screenshot of me packing his parcel from my CCTV which shows he was sent the right thing.   Being new to this, im not sure how this case will get processed or resolved.  Will they look at the chats between us and review the pcitures sent there?  Is there someone i can contact for more help...and so on.   Any help is appreciated!   Many thanks, ...
