Getting a refund from a seller who would not give full address to collect item from?

Hi

Just bought a washing machine to collect inperson. The buyer has marked it as dipatched but unable to collect as they refused to give full address. Spoken to them and they agreed to refund but as they have marked it as dispatched I cannot request this from my end? Ant advise please?
