I have just realised I've received negative feedback from a buyer about an item I did not sell them. It exceeds 90 days so eBay say they cannot remove it in their help options. I've also tried contacting the buyer but eBay won't let me send this message either. I have received positive feedback on a similar item they bought at the same time by this buyer. It is obviously not the item I sold them (paper crafting items) as they talk about clothing sizes and resolving the issue with the seller (I had no communication with the buyer on this issue). Any ideas on how I can get this negative feedback removed or inform buyers that this is not my feedback. I cannot find any way of contacting eBay by phone or through their help pages. Many thanks.
