Can I amend a negative feedback I left for a seller without asking them to request a feedback revision. It is my error so I want to amend it without causing the seller distress and more inconvenience

Is anyone else experiencing sellers cancelling a bid/s just hours prior to the end of the auction. I am getting a bit fed up with it now. Surely if a seller has a price in mind then they should put a reserve on it not remove it because it hasn't made...
