Does anyone know why this message keeps coming up on the 'Purchase History' page, its been going on for weeks/months (..... Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.) Sometimes it will load using different links, but today no links are loading it.

Are you using the App? often things do not work correctly on the App.
I use a desk top pc for Ebay and just checked mine and its working fine.
