Hi,  I have only sent 2 messages in last 2 weeks, but now, trying to reply to a buyers question, even after a successful bid, ebay keeps giving me red error message saying I have exceeded my number of messages and wait for 24 hours - this has happened for last 3 days...   I have deleted all my inbox of messages and my sent messages   Any ideas?   I have a buyer waiting for a reply and I have no way of contacting him back - grrrr! ... How do inappeal a decision when eBay closed the return and this is not resolved in anyway. I have evidence (messages from the seller with 2 weeks of purchase) to suggest he was going to replace the faulty trainers (soles came away) but he hasn't delivered despite multiple contact. I've asked the seller for a refund but he now isn't responding. I went on the automated chat and they just said return not accepted as now more than 30 days since purchase. The trainers were £90 and my son brought them with his birthday money - gutted for him so trying to resolve this for him. Any advise welcome!  ... View more
