Return case closed

How do inappeal a decision when eBay closed the return and this is not resolved in anyway. I have evidence (messages from the seller with 2 weeks of purchase) to suggest he was going to replace the faulty trainers (soles came away) but he hasn't delivered despite multiple contact. I've asked the seller for a refund but he now isn't responding. I went on the automated chat and they just said return not accepted as now more than 30 days since purchase. The trainers were £90 and my son brought them with his birthday money - gutted for him so trying to resolve this for him. Any advise welcome!

If you were over the 30 days to open a not as described dispute then there is nothing you can do on ebay.

If you paid by paypal you could try there but sign up to their return postage first if you can

 

Escalate the dispute as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days

 

If not and they are a business then contact Citizens advice for their help as you may have rights under UK law

If overseas then there is nothing you can do
