eBay saying I have received a payment when I haven’t

Hello, so I'm a new eBay seller and someone bought a phone off of me, I checked my account and saw I had no money come through, I contacted them saying I can't dispatch the phone if I haven't received money and now they are saying they want a refund. I can't afford to give them a refund as I haven't received the payment. This is all really stressing me out. Someone help, please.

As a new seller, you will be subject to 21 day hold on funds, 

you still need to post item ASAP,

if you send item tracked & add tracking number to ebay, money released earlier once it shows delivered.

I see buyer has already left bad feedback, not a good start for you.

I’m all very new to this and I don’t plan on selling anything ever again as it has been a lot of stress, I have worked it out with the buyer. Everything is okay now however, the 21 day hold on the payment seems strange, does this mean I won’t get the payment in my account until then or I will but in the next 2 days it will say it’s pending?
I’m so new to all of this and didn’t realise it was more complicated than shown 🤣

eBay will send the money direct to your bank account 2 working days after the payment notification email.  You'll get another email confirming it.   Sellers are supposed to send the item right away or asap.

Oh okay, Thankyou! so when the payment enters my account I then can send the item and say I have dispatched it? For some reason it said something about holding my funds until I have dispatched it but I obviously can’t send the phone until I have received the money haha, sorry to ask a lot of question, been having a bit of a panic
