Seller sent an item which was the wrong size, they provided a return label but it wasn't accepted at the local post office. It is a Hermes label and I can't find a drop off point nearby. I have asked the seller to provide a Royal Mail label but they have refused please help. eBay said I can print out my own label and return the item but it won't let me
