Hi. 

Recently i recieved an email from ebay saying that they took money out from my account as I had insufficient funds. I am not sure what funds they are talking about because when I pay I pay through paypal and make sure I pay in one go. Can someone please explain to me what is happening I am really confused.

You have listed items as auction & BIN, there is a non refundable 50p each time you do this, 

so i am guessing you owe these fees, check invoice.

it will be the listing fees for the bracelets,

you used a paid for extra,

and as none of the items sold  the fees you owe are being taken from your account rather than your profits
