I bought an item recently which amounted to £15.19 included in that is £3.20 postage, The scam was that after paying said postage , when the item turned up the postage hadn't been paid so I had to pay an extra £3.50 to have it delivered by the courier after counterfeit postage stamps were used , ergo this seller got the postage paid and has done on their feedback before , I asked both eBay and PayPal to help provided pictures of the extra postage I had to pay and the item number , none of which helped as the eBay service representative simply asked me to fill out a return , for which the seller is quite happy to have the item returned and I'm not stuck in a hard place after that advice , PayPal just said that they could only see the payment to the courier completely ignoring the initial payment , please can someone help me , this is really upsetting and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it , I may end up with negative feedback through not wanting to return the item after paying the extra postage simply because they have a scam going , I want the item , I simply want the original postage taken off the transaction and refunded
