Refund/closing case

So, I bought an item and was unable to return it to the seller because of where I live and the proximity of the post office etc. The seller has been very helpful in sorting out the situation and has agreed to to refund 50% back. However they are saying to close the case, this is not an issue because I feel they will refund the money, I just don't know how to close the case. I deleted the listing from ''my purchases' as it was a present for my spouse for our anniversary and didn't want her to come across it on purchases and well everything would be ruined. Missing item from collection point

Hi Customer contacted me to advise that they recieved message that their item had arrived and to collect it from local shop, when they called in to collect they were told that the item was not there and it had been returned by mistake (i have not received any returned items), Not sure how to proceed with this as never happened before any advice would be welcome. ... How do I make a complaint to ebay?

I ordered a car bumper, discovered I did not need it, cancelled the order. It was never sent but I was also never refunded even in part. If I had realised that I would have just received it and resold it. I have emailed the seller twice but no response at all.  Has 100% rating. I'm not happy. Fraudulent seller on postage

I bought an item recently which amounted to £15.19 included in that is £3.20 postage, The scam was that after paying said postage , when the item turned up the postage hadn't been paid so I had to pay an extra £3.50 to have it delivered by the courier after counterfeit postage stamps were used , ergo this seller got the postage paid and has done on their feedback before , I asked both eBay and PayPal to help provided pictures of the extra postage I had to pay and the item number , none of which helped as the eBay service representative simply asked me to fill out a return , for which the seller is quite happy to have the item returned and I'm not stuck in a hard place after that advice , PayPal just said that they could only see the payment to the courier completely ignoring the initial payment , please can someone help me , this is really upsetting and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it , I may end up with negative feedback through not wanting to return the item after paying the extra postage simply because they have a scam going , I want the item , I simply want the original postage taken off the transaction and refunded  ... Collection only Item has been sold and paid for.

When the buyer came to collect their vehicle was too small, even though we had provided sizes on the item. They said they would arrange for their son to collect it in his van. Problem is, after a week, they have not come back to us to arrange that collection and this in spite of our having sent them a reminder.   We have been paid - where do we go from here? E.bay theft of fee's

On the 11th July a customer made a large purchase from my store, less then 12 hours later she e.mailed asking to cancel the sale because the overseas P&P inport tax..  was to much, so I cancelled the sale. refunding the whole amount. when i checked my e.bay account I noticed ebay had not refunded me on fee.s £46.09.  So I rung them and was told in takes a working day !! On the 13th July, I once again look and still no refund. so another hour long phone call. again to be told it tales 72 hours !! See the pattern of lies ? Same thing each day 14th  /  15th  /  16 th.  The last call I would not let the agent go without anwers.. all she keep saying is she will " Pray for me " **bleep** I asked how  she thought praying for me will feed my son ??  again she will pay for me. I have recorded this and all previous calls and told her so.  17th today and still no payment.. so praying did not help. is this really how e.bay trains their advisors? when caught out to be steeling they pray for you !! My after thoughts as we all know E.bay is going down the pan..  So is this the way e.bay plans to make money .. get people to buy huge amounts >>> ask for refunds then keep the fee's !!  How do prove it ? More important how do we stop it. ??  The only way is to close my account and move to another honest sellling plateform.. In the mean time I pray for the online staff.. as they will be out of a job soon.. Anyone else get the same vide ??    ... View more

Ripped off

I have recently used eBay for only the second time since it began and have been ripped off again.  The first time I never actually received any goods at all.  This time it was a true rip off.  A van mat that only fits half of the footwell.  It looks like a joke mat.  I will not be using eBay ever again. ... Fraudulent selling
