Refund/closing case

So, I bought an item and was unable to return it to the seller because of where I live and the proximity of the post office etc. The seller has been very helpful in sorting out the situation and has agreed to to refund 50% back. However they are saying to close the case, this is not an issue because I feel they will refund the money, I just don't know how to close the case. I deleted the listing from ''my purchases' as it was a present for my spouse for our anniversary and didn't want her to come across it on purchases and well everything would be ruined. I just don't know how to close the case now to get a refund. Please help???

Do you not know anyone who can take the Item to the Post Office for you. Once Returned to the Seller you will receive a full Refund.

 

Do not trust the Seller. If you close the Case you probably won't here anything from him again.

 

Tell him you will Close the Case once you have Received your Partial Refund from him.

 

You Log into the Case and find Close the Request.
