Seller requires me to put return tracking on my account, to be able to process return.
My return details would seem to be on account. Unable to contact ebay.
return is at stalemate.
What sort of return?
Escalate to ebay if you think you have done all that is necessary. Tracking has nothing to do with the seller refunding, just an excuse to delay. Tracking is for your benefit as without evidence of Delivery back to Seller you wouldn't get a refund.
