On the 11th July a customer made a large purchase from my store, less then 12 hours later she e.mailed asking to cancel the sale because the overseas P&P inport tax.. was to much, so I cancelled the sale. refunding the whole amount. when i checked my e.bay account I noticed ebay had not refunded me on fee.s £46.09.
So I rung them and was told in takes a working day !!
On the 13th July, I once again look and still no refund. so another hour long phone call. again to be told it tales 72 hours !! See the pattern of lies ?
Same thing each day 14th / 15th / 16 th.
The last call I would not let the agent go without anwers.. all she keep saying is she will " Pray for me " **bleep** I asked how she thought praying for me will feed my son ?? again she will pay for me. I have recorded this and all previous calls and told her so.
17th today and still no payment.. so praying did not help. is this really how e.bay trains their advisors? when caught out to be steeling they pray for you !!
My after thoughts as we all know E.bay is going down the pan..
So is this the way e.bay plans to make money .. get people to buy huge amounts >>> ask for refunds then keep the fee's !! How do prove it ? More important how do we stop it. ??
The only way is to close my account and move to another honest sellling plateform.. In the mean time I pray for the online staff.. as they will be out of a job soon..

It does depend on which Option you selected when Cancelling as to receiving a Fee Credit or not. Did you select "Buyer Requested Cancellation?"
