I have recently used eBay for only the second time since it began and have been ripped off again. The first time I never actually received any goods at all. This time it was a true rip off. A van mat that only fits half of the footwell. It looks like a joke mat. I will not be using eBay ever again.
You obviously have never bothered to read THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, ebay only put it on every listing so you have no excuse for being ripped off.
The first time you simply should have opened a NOT RECEIVED CASE to get a refund.
The Second time you open a Not As Described Return. Seller pays for a return label and on return, you get a refund.
Couldn't be easier, but you do have to read something occasionally, otherwise ebay are just wasting their time putting the MBG on listings.
Did you not see the ebay money back guarantee links all over ebay
If you do not receive an item then you open a not recieved dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page. EScalate after a full 3 days to get your money back
If the item is not as described then you open a not as described dispute
The seller sends a pre paid label for the return
You return it and once they have it back then they refund you in full
You have 30 days to open a dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
