Collection only Item has been sold and paid for.

When the buyer came to collect their vehicle was too small, even though we had provided sizes on the item. They said they would arrange for their son to collect it in his van. Problem is, after a week, they have not come back to us to arrange that collection and this in spite of our having sent them a reminder.

 

We have been paid - where do we go from here? Help please.

You can wait and see what happens

Or you could ask them if they wish to cancel and you could cancel buyer requests to cancel

Or you just wait and see what happens

The items I looked at that are collection are not cheap items so you would think they will get back to you.
