bought these last year but the seeds they sent were feverfew seeds so didn't know they were wrong until they flowered. I've contacted the seller but had nothing back. I've a feeling they've done this before and deliberately as who can get a refund after  months ... no one. They could send whatever they want and there's no come back. Hi,   Does anyone know how to refund a buyer for an item that didnt arrive. The sale was around 4 months ago and due to new customs issues the item has been in transit for 4 months and finally returned to me.   The sale doesnt appear on my listings anymore.   I cant reply to his email as 'ebay' says the item is invaild now.   I cant find a contact number anymore for ebay.   Completely stuck.   Also does anyone know another site that I can sell 1970s electronics equipment on othet than ebay.   Thanks   ... Is anyone else "surprised" at the, some might say, extortionate fees being charged?   My most recent sale was subject not to 10% - which is already steep for doing virtually nil - but closer to 13%!! £52 charged from a £405 sale is tantamount to daylight robbery. Hi,   I bought a guitar from a seller on eBay in May and after playing it for a few weeks I decided I just didn't like the feel of it as much as my other guitars so decided to sell it on through eBay. A day into my auction, eBay removed my auction and told me this guitar was counterfeit.   If I bought the guitar through eBay and eBay allowed the sale and then 5 weeks later eBay are now saying the guitar is counterfeit when I try to sell it on, am I not entitled to a refund from ebay? Hi. Last night with 30 minutes I submitted a big bid in the hundreds to secure an item and I stayed on the confirm screen until 8 seconds to go before I confirmed. I was expecting the you are the highest bidder but got the main item screen faded out with my bid in the bid box and a message over the top something like do you want to submit this bid and before I could move the cursor the screen changed to auction over.
