Does anyone know how to refund a buyer for an item that didnt arrive. The sale was around 4 months ago and due to new customs issues the item has been in transit for 4 months and finally returned to me.
The sale doesnt appear on my listings anymore.
I cant reply to his email as 'ebay' says the item is invaild now.
I cant find a contact number anymore for ebay.
Completely stuck.
Also does anyone know another site that I can sell 1970s electronics equipment on othet than ebay.
