hello, so I have returned a item to a seller and has arrived to the seller, but the seller isn't able to refund my money

When and how did you pay, when was the item delivered and what was the reason for returning it? Was the seller a business seller or a private seller? How did you return it and, most importantly, did you use a service that provides a tracking or delivery number? Did you return it through eBay's resolution centre, or simply return it to the seller yourself?
