untrustworthy buyer

Hi, several months ago we sold some programmes and the buyer and he said the items hadnt arrived so we gave a full refund. He is now listing some of the items from the missing parcel on ebay so clearly the parcel has arrived. Problem with request new total

Hi,   I have a problem with the request for a new total. It looks like that does not work.  I had contact with seller, he checked what shipping was. We came to an agreement.  I ordered the item. Now eBay is saying the seller does not ship to my address. And I can ask for a new total request.  I tried that 5 times already. The seller does not receive anything. Bid in error

Hi ...bid for a large heating tank and I'm winning. Have realised that it won't fit but now 9 hours till auction over. I am the only bidder. Do I pay (it's only a few pounds). Getting a refund, but can’t return item!

Morning all,   I bought a bike part (headlight cover), and after fitting it and going out on the bike, it fell off! So obviously I can't return it, but the seller isn't responding to my messages. Annoying classic car ads.

Can E Bay not stop this individual/s placing numerous classic car ads. ?  All the ads. are the same silly price £2,117 and all show the same " dont contact us through e bay " use this private e mail.
