Hi,
I have a problem with the request for a new total. It looks like that does not work.
I had contact with seller, he checked what shipping was. We came to an agreement. I ordered the item. Now eBay is saying the seller does not ship to my address. And I can ask for a new total request.
I tried that 5 times already. The seller does not receive anything. And I also do not receive an email with a copy of that request.
Can someone help me/us with this?

You are in the Netherlands and if the seller does not ship to your country then you will not be able to pay.
THe seller should send an invoice with the shipping on for you to pay.
If that does not work then they could try putting you on their expemtion list
