I have asked several questions here as getting customer support from ebay is **bleep**ing pointless, and no one ever awnsers them, i doubt anyone will reply to this anyway so why am i bothering
You have only 30 days to open a suitable formal eBay Return case from the delivery date which a Seller cannot ignore ... enter tracking details and after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay for a refund ... have you done that ? ...
Refund credits return to source > PayPal funds used = immediate ... Debit Card = up to 10 days - Credit Card = around 30 days to arrive on your statement >
