A buyer has made an offer for an item which I accepted. I have sent the
invoice and now the buyer has requested if the item can be sent via
click and collect. How can I amend the inovice for this option?
the option wasn't offered on the original listing. Do I go back to the
original listing amend it and ask the buyer to make an offer on the re
listed item
